Criteria

Applicants who have completed 3 years by 15 March are eligible for Lower Kindergarten. (Siblings of our students are given the first preference for LKG admission)

Applicants who have completed 4 years by 15 March are eligible for Upper Kindergarten.

Applicants who have completed 5 years by 15 March are eligible for Class 1.

Admissions to all classes will depend on the availability of seats.

For UKG and above, students are admitted only on the basis of their performance at the entrance test.

Students coming from other schools are required to submit the Transfer Certificate.
How to Apply
STEP 1 : PRE-REGISTRATION
Admissions can be registered online using the Online Students Registration. Post registration, save the pre-registration number generated.
STEP 2 : ADMISSION FILE
The admission file may be obtained from the school office.

STEP 3 : DOCUMENTATION
Return the admission file to the school office with all the necessary documents, mentioning the pre-registration number and await further advice from the office.

Fee Structure
TUITION FEES
Fee is payable in three installments, on or before:
Term I (1st Installment) : 15th of April
Term II (2nd Installment) : 15th of September
Term III (3rd Installment) : 15th of December
Failure to make timely payment must be notified to the Principal. New admissions have to pay an admission fee of KD 20/- as approved by the Ministry of Education along with the first term fees.
BUS FEE

Student's ID card should be presented at the fee counter for payment of school Fees.

The school fees once paid is not refundable.

If a student leaves school during the term, the full term fee will be charged irrespective of the number of days attended.
*Note: The prescribed fees are liable to change at any time during the year as per instructions from the Ministry of Education
Promotions

Promotion is based on a student’s performance in the Tests and Examinations conducted during the Academic year.

If a student fails to appear at a test/exam (except the annual) on genuine grounds, the case may be considered on its merits at the time of promotion.
​

A student who fails to appear in the annual examination will not be considered for promotion.
​

A student who fails twice in the same class will have to discontinue schooling in UIS.
​

In matters of promotion and detention, the decision of the school is final.
​

Students using unfair means in a test / examination shall be failed in that subject and it will be recorded as an act of misconduct. Any repetition of such acts will be viewed more seriously.
Withdrawal

Students who intend on leaving the school in April, must apply for their Transfer Certificate by 15 January, in the prescribed form given in the Diary or Application Form :

Transfer Certificate for India should be countersigned by the Indian Embassy.

Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the declaration of Results.
​

For withdrawal any other time during the year the application should be submitted to the Principal at a least a fortnight prior to leaving.
​

Transfer Certificate will be issued only if all dues of the school fees have been paid in full and any borrowed school property, library books, etc. are returned.
